• The company's marketing campaign was criticized as a-historical, presenting an idealized version of the past that bore little resemblance to actual historical events. This approach alienated consumers who valued authenticity and accuracy, ultimately hurting sales figures and brand image because it made them seem out of touch with reality and unable to understand the needs of their customers.
