Bald-headed

Describing a person, typically a man, with little or no hair on their head. This condition is often the result of androgenetic alopecia (male-pattern baldness) or other medical conditions that cause hair loss. The term may also be used, less commonly, to describe a person, usually a woman, with a shaved head. The degree of baldness can vary, from a receding hairline to complete hairlessness. It is a common physical trait among older men but can occur at any age and in either gender. Societal perceptions vary; some find baldness attractive or a sign of maturity.
