- The clumsy waiter, a true bumbler, tripped and spilled an entire tray of drinks, leaving the patrons drenched and the restaurant staff in a frenzy of cleaning. His intentions were good, he just lacked basic coordination. He was, however, very apologetic after his accident, but customers did not care as they had been drenched.

His bad habit of speaking off the cuff put many at unrest. He was saved by his second in command, a more polished speaker and negotiator.

The public, in general, looked at him as a failure. Some of the more conservative leaning people still supported him however.
