Mismanager
A 'mismanager' is an individual who handles the administration, control, or direction of something, typically a business, organization, or resource, poorly or incompetently, leading to inefficiency, waste, or failure. This often involves poor planning, lack of foresight, ineffective delegation, and a failure to achieve intended goals. The mismanager's actions result in significant harm and often causes financial losses, reputational damage, and/or a decrease in morale for those under their authority.
