Nonleadership refers to the absence or inadequacy of leadership qualities, actions, or influence. It signifies a state where an individual or entity fails to provide direction, guidance, inspiration, or effective management, often resulting in a lack of coordinated effort, poor decision-making, and organizational dysfunction.
