Parti-eyed
Parti-eyed describes a condition where a person's eyes exhibit different colors, or a noticeable difference in the color of each eye, also known as heterochromia iridum. This can manifest in several ways: complete heterochromia, where one iris is a completely different color from the other; sectoral heterochromia, where different parts of the same iris are different colors; or central heterochromia, where a different color is present around the pupil. While often a harmless genetic trait, in some cases, it can be associated with underlying medical conditions. The term originates from the French phrase "parti-color," meaning "having different colors."
