The aid organizations tried to supply them but the numbers of refugees arriving was overwhelming for the organisations. The children suffered and needed urgent support but their parents were unable to provide this.
• The small startup company, resourceless in terms of venture capital, had a brilliant idea but couldn't afford to develop the product. They lacked the financial backing needed to hire skilled staff and invest in marketing, leading to eventual bankruptcy. Despite innovative ideas, they simply could not get it off the ground.
• After the economic collapse, the community was left resourceless, with closed factories, high unemployment and social unrest. Without access to basic goods and services, people were unable to rebuild their lives and their faith in local government was waning. The government was also resourceless, it could not implement any new policy without support from global institutions.
