They possess the power to remove an action or agreement from legal force. The act often involves a careful review of evidence and justifications, to identify potential flaws, violations, or errors leading to the subject's dismissal, abandonment, or rejection. Such an action requires substantial authority and frequently invokes legal precedents to validate its final decision, in which there can be no argument made against the act. They are often appointed with the ability to make judgement.
