Sook
Primarily used in Australian and New Zealand slang, a 'sook' is a person, usually male, who is overly emotional, whiny, and readily displays feelings of self-pity or vulnerability. They often complain excessively and lack resilience. The term implies a perceived lack of toughness or emotional control. A sook might be easily upset, frequently seeks sympathy, and generally behaves in a way that is considered overly sensitive or childish.
