Systems refers to a complex whole comprised of interacting and interdependent components or elements, organized to achieve a specific purpose or set of objectives. These components work together, influenced by and influencing their environment, through feedback loops and defined relationships. Systems can be physical (like a solar system), biological (like the human body), social (like a government), or abstract (like a financial system). The study of systems, often called Systems theory, emphasizes the interconnectedness of parts and how the overall behavior of the system emerges from the interactions within it.

• The human body is a complex system, with the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive Systems all working in concert. Failure in one system, like the cardiovascular system, can have cascading effects on the others. Maintaining overall health depends on understanding how these Systems interact and proactively manage potential disruptions or imbalances.
• To improve project efficiency, we implemented new project management systems. This involved using a software platform, streamlining communication, and defining workflows to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are understood and completed efficiently within the system. We integrated the teams into the workflow through training sessions and meetings.
