Twaddler

A person who talks at length in a foolish or inconsequential way; a babbler. A twaddler's speech is typically characterized by trivial or nonsensical content, lacking depth or substance. They often engage in idle chatter, gossip, or pointless discussions, frequently straying from the main topic and digressing into irrelevant details. Their pronouncements can be seen as tiresome or even irritating to others, as their rambling can dominate conversations. They are not focused and do not hold your attention, being generally unreliable. They are not easily trusted.
