Monocracy

Monocracy is a form of government in which power is concentrated in the hands of a single individual or a singular, dominant entity, such as a ruling family or a powerful organization. Unlike other forms of autocracy, monocracy explicitly emphasizes the absolute and often unchecked authority of this singular governing force. This system typically prioritizes the will and directives of this single entity, often at the expense of individual liberties, political opposition, and diverse representation within the broader populace. Decisions are made unilaterally, and dissent is frequently suppressed to maintain the monocrat's control and stability.
