Slob

A slob is a person who is habitually lazy and messy. They often neglect personal hygiene and their surroundings, displaying a lack of care for order and cleanliness. Sloths are also often considered to be lazy or shiftless. The term is used pejoratively and implies a lack of self-respect and consideration for others, resulting in untidy living spaces and neglect of personal appearance and tasks. Sloths may not be able to organize and perform simple or complex tasks that would be performed in order by most, so the term can be applied to describe someone with these issues.
