Doziness
Doziness refers to a state of mild sleepiness or drowsiness, a feeling of being sluggish and wanting to rest or sleep. It's a precursor to deeper sleep but is characterized by a lack of full alertness, reduced concentration, and a tendency to experience slight mental fog. The physical manifestations can include yawning, heavy eyelids, slow movements, and a general sense of lethargy. It's often triggered by fatigue, boredom, medication, or a comfortable, warm environment. This temporary state usually impairs performance in activities that require focus and quick reactions. However, it is usually temporary and easily remedied.
